Ongoing Payment Processing Disruptions

    We are currently observing an increase in network errors from our payment processor. The processor has confirmed that this issue is related to a degradation incident reported by their cloud provider, Microsoft Azure.

    In our continuous efforts to strengthen the security and integrity of transactions, we’ve introduced new controls to protect your business and end users.


    Effective immediately, the following rules have been implemented:

    • A maximum of 10 transactions to the same merchant within one hour.

    • Any pre-authorization below $1 will automatically flag the card.

    • A maximum of 5 pre-authorizations from the same merchant for a single day.

    • Settlement amounts exceeding twice the authorization amount will be flagged.

    Transactions that violate any of these rules will automatically fail with the message:

    “Transaction not allowed to cardholder, deny.”

    These measures are designed to enhance fraud prevention and ensure the continued safety and trustworthiness of all transactions processed through our system.
